If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

While we take every precaution to protect your order during transit, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing thescotchtapeco@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs of the item
3. Photographs of the outer shipping carton and inner packaging
4. A clear photograph of the shipping label
5. An unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the item is fully removed from its packaging, without any cuts or edits
6. A brief description of the issue

The unboxing video, along with images of the outer packaging, helps us assess transit-related damage accurately and enables us to process your request with our courier partners wherever applicable.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video or after the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for review.

Once your request has been received, our team will carefully evaluate the information provided. If the damage or error is verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or another suitable remedy at our discretion.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely dispatch. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or change the shipping address or items within the order.

Natural Variations

Many Scotchtape products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, grain, or dimensions are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
