Refund & Return Policy

We take great care in curating and packaging every order so it reaches you beautifully and in perfect condition.

Because each piece is thoughtfully prepared, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the rare case of a damaged item.

If something isn't right

  1. If your order arrives damaged, please review the steps below so we can assist you quickly.
  2. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery & Tracking

  1. If you haven't received a tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us.
  2. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, kindly inform us within 24 hours so we can coordinate with our courier partners.

Damaged or Missing Items

We want to make this right for you — and to do that smoothly, we request:

  1. A clear unboxing video (before opening the outer courier packaging)
  2. Photos showing the damage or issue
  3. Original packaging intact

Please share these with us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
  3. All our products fall under non-returnable categories.
  4. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 days after approval.
  5. If you prefer, we're happy to offer a replacement instead.
